Set in an elevated position above Marbella’s famous Golden Mile, Monte Paraiso is one of the most exclusive communities on the Costa del Sol.
This superb gated complex has 24 hours manned security, five pools (one indoors and heated), a fully equipped gym, saunas, squash court, substantial and manicured tropical gardens, children's play area and an on-site restaurant (in Summer). This huge apartment is one of the best on the community (it was the show flat) and is super spacious, bright and luxurious with an amazing south facing terrace that has great views and all day sun.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
There are four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, separate guest cloakroom, a large ‘live-in’ kitchen has all the mod cons expected, including Nespresso coffee machine, a separate laundry room and informal dining area. One of the bedrooms is smaller than the others and accessed from the kitchen, it has a double sofa bed but this can be altered to two single beds if required. The other bedrooms all have luxury en-suite bathrooms or showers.
The massive open plan lounge and formal dining area lead onto the huge terrace with perfect, south facing, and unspoiled sea views. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.
Monte Paraiso is close to everything; Puerto Banus and Marbella Town are no more than seven minutes away by car, the famous Puente Romano Hotel and Spa is within a few hundred meters of the community and here you can dine in a choice of seven different amazing restaurants, two of which are Michelin starred. There are dozens of less exclusive but nevertheless excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ drive and shops and supermarkets are all close by. The sandy beach, one of the best on the coast, is within easy walking distance (although it is uphill on the way home so you may wish to walk down but grab a cab on the way back). Motorway access is within three minutes so you are near to every conceivable facility including the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalusia which boasts no less than four championship golf courses, all within a ten minute drive of the apartment.
There are two private parking spaces in the secure underground garage and there is a lift up to the floor of the apartment. However, if your plan is to enjoy your time in the property, by one of the many swimming pools or in the lovely gardens then a car is not necessary and the guard will call you a taxi whenever you need one. There are also bike and moped hire shops in Marbella if you prefer to get around this way.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property.
One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday at Monte Paraiso unforgettable!
Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.
