A newly reformed, Golden Mile apartment set in a beautiful resort-style community. The property has been decorated to a very high standard throughout; with a sleek modern kitchen and open living area. The standout feature though, is the enormous roof terrace with sea views all the way to Gibraltar and Northern Africa on clear days. This private outside space also features a movable dining/bar table and a suite of luxurious outdoor furniture and an outdoor shower, perfect for making the most out of Marbella’s year-round sunny climate. The apartment is within a short walk from Casablanca beach, Marbella’s best, with exclusive restaurants, relaxing bars and stylish cafes.
Guests will enjoy expansive landscaped tropical flower gardens, waterfalls, fountains and a swimming pool all within the community. There is also a fully equipped gym to be used in the same building, completely free of charge. This 24hr secure and gated complex set in the heart of the Golden Mile, is a two-minute walk to the shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf and a host of leisure facilities; all within very easy reach.
The apartment comprises an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, with new furniture and appliances throughout. The entire space is light and open, perfect for socialising and relaxing with family on the comfy sofas and armchairs, or in the dining area with views to the sea. The hallway takes you the master bedroom with king size bed and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the lounge you’ll find a brand-new flat screen TV with the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 300mb and unlimited downloads.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
