Description
Newly renovated and beautifully finished two-bedroom apartment in the Las Adelfas community adjacent to the San Pedro de Alcantara beachfront with a wonderful Paseo de Maritimo (beach walkway) that stretches to Puerto Banus and beyond. There’s quick access to restaurants, supermarkets, sandy beaches (less than a two minute walk from the apartment) and world-class golf courses. Along this stretch of coast you can walk or run across seafront paths, visit beautiful and uncrowded beaches or mountain pueblos and spend days and evenings in bustling towns such as Estepona and Marbella centre, all within a 20 minute drive
The apartment features a cozy living area with a fireplace and a breezy terrace, perfect for relaxing throughoutthe Marbella summers. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and guest bathroom. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom, and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and bright dining room are perfect for family meals.
Guests have access to the communal pool and sunbathing areas staffed by a lifeguard during opening hours, as well as a private underground car parking spot. The apartment is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and TV with access to a wide selection of channels in various languages.
This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals, a family-run firm aiming to offer the highest standard of service and with an excellent record of reviews accross a wide range of online rental portals. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Please be aware that, at present, due to a drought in the south of Spain, the regional government of Andalucia have imposed restrictions on pool filling and openings and as such guests are prohibited from using the pool and shower/communal toilet facilities until further notice. These measures are being reviewed every two weeks, and we hope and expect that by the summer the pool will reopen.

Very conveniently located in San Pedro just across from the beach. Very close to many restaurants and supermarkets. The apartments is spacious and comfortable, and the host is extremely easy to work with and was able to make our two week stay seamlessee more
