Casa Isa is a superbly well appointed townhouse in the exclusive beachside community of Marbellamar situated on Casablanca Beach which is regarded as the best in the area. Set in the heart of Marbella’s famous and exclusive Golden Mile regarded as one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe. Casa Isa sleeps ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. Here you will have everything you could need; modern Travertine marble bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels and much more besides. Our guests can enjoy comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the various terraces.
Nothing is off limits in Casa Isa, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the superb roof terrace (which is a sun trap and has great sea views) to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, as well as a Nespresso machine.
For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a range of activities on offer nearby ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coast. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Isa have use of the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months only) and tennis and paddle courts.
Casa Isa is within five hundred meters of both the world famous Marbella Club and its sister hotel the Puente Romano Spa with its Plaza boasting three excellent Michelin starred restaurants. If less formal dining is required there are several dozen excellent restaurants within a few hundred meters of the front door although Marbella and Puerto Banús are also within very easy reach. Guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.
We provide fast and free 5G Wifi with speeds of up to 500mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

The location is absolutely 5-star, perfectly positioned right beside the beach. Being able to walk straight out and have the sand and sea just moments away made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxing. The views, the sound of the waves, and the convenience of the beachfront setting truly made this place special. We stayed as a family of four plus a grandparent, and there was so much room for everyone. The layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, so we never felt on top of each other. There was plenty of space to relax together, but also enough privacy when needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable everyone slept brilliantly, which always makes such a difference when you’re away from home. The cleanliness was outstanding. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it’s clear the property is maintained to a very high standard. It genuinely felt like one of the finest rentals we’ve stayed in everything you could possibly need is provided, and it’s all finished beautifully. A huge thank you to Kate and Ibrahim for making the entire experience seamless. From the first enquiry right through to departure, they were brilliant to deal with at every stage, friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about our stay. They made everything so easy, which allowed us to completely switch off and enjoy a truly relaxing break. We would 100% recommend Casa Isa |

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Isa. This lovely and nicely renovated townhouse is perfectly situated near the beach and Marbella which suited us well. The staff of Finest Rentals were very helpful and made our stay more than worthwhile.

Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Del Sol east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, perfect for rubbing shoulders with celebrities and boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants, three of which have Michelin stars. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on..
There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap.

Casa Del Sol sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has just been refurbished by the new owners and it has everything you need; modern bathrooms, power showers, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces.
Guests can enjoy the entirety of the three beautifully decorated floors in Casa del Sol, including the standalone upper-level apartment. This new addition to the property (as of May 2022) provides a sleek modern lounge area, kitchenette, dining area and terrace with large sliding doors which open up fully to allow the sea breeze to flow through.
On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with single bed that rolls out to a double, a bathroom with walk-in shower, well equipped modern kitchen , comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV and separate elegant dining area. Outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades to cover the whole area, outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobes. There are two twin bedded double rooms and a family shower room.
Then there is the upper floor apartment area with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a lounge and dining area with sofa, armchair and TV (this floor has it’s own WiFi access), making the property perfect for two families to use comfortably. The convertible dining area can be fully opened to the terrace, allowing four to relax either indoors or in the open air, depending on your mood. Outside is a lovely small terrace with excellent sea views.
