Casa Adriana - Marbellamar Marbella - Townhouse

Casa Adriana is a beautiful modern townhouse newly reformed to the highest standards. It sits in a small community called Marbellamar, which borders a golden sandy beach in one of the most exclusive areas in the whole of Europe; Marbella’s famous Golden Mile. Here you can spend warm relaxing days by the sea, or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

Important: Marbellamar is a beautiful community of townhouses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. It is therefore unsuitable for stag and hen groups, or those who create a lot of noise. We want those living in Marbellamar as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones.

Just 100 meters from sandy Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hang outs and some of the most exclusive real estate in the world, you can easily walk (or jog, blade or cycle) along the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway) from Casa Adriana east to the old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants and within a few hundred meters to the west is the world famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Resort, boasting an array of top quality bars and restaurants (three of which have Michelin stars) and attracting glamourous international clientele. The world famous Puerto Banus, the hang out of the rich and famous with it’s superyachts, glamorous boutiques and fabulous nightlife is a little way further on.

There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap.

For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa Adriana have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa Adriana is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.

The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.

Casa Adriana sleeps up to eleven (additional charge for more than 8 people) and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and facilities. The property has just been refurbished by the new owners and it has everything you need; modern bathrooms, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in the sun on the lower terrace,

On the ground floor there is a smaller bedroom with single, a bathroom with walk-in shower, well equipped openkitchen , comfortable lounge with ample seating and a large TV and dining area. Outside there is a large sunny terrace with plenty of comfortable seating, sun shades to cover the whole area, and an outdoor dining area. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with super king sized bed, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. There are two twin bedded double rooms and a family shower room.

Then there is the upper floor with a lounge area with openable patio doors and a fantastic view over the communal gardens. On this floor there are two twin bedrooms and a family shower room, making the property perfect for two families to use comfortably.

We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads, with further access points on each floor. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.

Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Please note that the swimming pool opening hours are as follows;

Easter: From April 11 to April 20: From 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather).

From April 20 to May 1: Pool is closed.

From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

From June 16 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.

From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
