Important: Marbellamar is a beautiful community of townhouses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. It is therefore unsuitable for stag and hen groups, or those who create a lot of noise. We want those living in Marbellamar as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones.
Just 100 meters from the Casablanca beach and surrounded by celebrity hotspots and some of the world's most exclusive real estate, Casa Penati offers easy access to the Paseo Maritimo (Beachside Walkway). From here, you can enjoy a leisurely walk, jog, skate, or cycle eastward to Marbella's old town, featuring its traditional bars and restaurants. A few hundred meters away lies the famous Marbella Club. Further along, you'll find the Puente Romano Resort, renowned for its top-quality bars and restaurants, three of which boast Michelin stars, attracting a glamorous international clientele. Continuing in that direction is the world-famous Puerto Banus, frequented by the rich and famous, with its superyachts, chic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.
You can easily get around without a car, shops and excellent restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a bus stop at the end of the street. Taxis are also available and affordable.
For active leisure seekers you can find an array of activities, from water sports like cable skiing, parasailing, wind and kite surfing, to dolphin safaris and boat charters. On land, options include horse riding and golf across numerous excellent courses along the coast. Guests at Casa Penati enjoy access to a private community swimming pool (during warmer months) and tennis and paddle courts. Within a short walk are thirty superb restaurants, and four supermarkets are conveniently located within seven minutes.

Casa Penati accommodates up to ten guests in absolute luxury, with each area having been designed with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Each of the five bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort, offering cotton sheets, towels and private en-suite bathrooms.
At ground level you enter a spacious and inviting living room that seamlessly flows into both the kitchen and the terrace. The living room is a combination of luxurious minimalism with comfortable practicality, with expansive windows that flood the interiors with natural light. The charming terrace encourages spending warm days and beautiful evenings outdoors with a seating and dining areas and a barbecue area. On the lower level aims to entertain, with a chic and sophisticated bar, a cinema area equipped with a large screen and surround sound system, and for complete tranquillity, a sauna designed with premium materials.
Escape to the rooftop terrace and immerse yourself in breathtaking views of Marbella and the sea. The private plunge pool offers a refreshing oasis, ideal for cooling off on sunny days or enjoying evening cocktails with loved ones against the backdrop of stunning sunsets.
We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads, with further access points on each floor. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

Our guests can enjoy both Spanish and over 140 UK, Scandinavian and International TV channels , unlimited fast internet with WIFI, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating in both sun and shade from the lower and upper terraces. Guests can enjoy the entirety of the three beautifully decorated floors in Casa del Sol, including the standalone upper-level apartment. This new addition to the property (as of May 2022) provides a sleek modern lounge area, kitchenette, dining area and terrace with large sliding doors which open up fully to allow the sea breeze to flow through.
