Description
A superb southwest facing, five bedroom luxury villa in La Alqueria; a peaceful residential area only a few minutes away from the beautiful mountain village Benahavis, as well as the coastal hot-spots such as Puerto Banus and Marbella.
This modern villa is built and furnished to the highest of standards. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a spacious open living area with sliding doors leading to the private terrace and gardens with beautiful views of the valley down to the sea. In this haven of stylish decoration and design is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for eight. Also on the ground floor is a guest suite with king-sized double bed and a cloakroom.
On the top floor is the master suite, two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom, each with it's own walk-in wardrobe and dressing area. All bedrooms have direct access to a terrace which spans the length of the property, featuring a jacuzzi with a unbelievable views and an outdoor shower.
On the lower floor is another guest room with bathroom and a gym, plus a large games room/childrens play area equipped. Other features include a garage for three cars, hot and cold air conditioning, underfloor heating throughout and surround sound music system.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.
Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.

The most incredible stay at our villa in Marbella. Our original apartment we booked was placed on the market, so we were immediately upgraded to an amazing villa in the mountains which was UNBELIEVABLE. Pool, facilities, bedrooms, bathrooms, all excesee more

Our original apartment we booked was placed on the market, so we were immediately upgraded to an amazing villa in the mountains which was UNBELIEVABLE. Pool, facilities, bedrooms, bathrooms, all exceeded our expectations, with a fabulous BBQ for us cook and enjoy the space together. Quiet community with local supermarket less than 10 mins walk away. Kate and the team were so friendly and communication throughout was great (with good recommendations too). Couldn’t recommend Finest Rentals enough!!
