The apartment is within a short walk from Casablanca beach, Marbella’s best, with exclusive restaurants, relaxing bars and stylish cafes all minutes away. Guests will enjoy expansive landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool, as well as free use of padel tennis courts in a 24hr secure and gated complex.
The apartment comprises an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, newly furnished and with modern appliances, including a built-in coffee machine and a wine-fridge. The entire space is light and open, perfect for socialising and relaxing with family on the comfy sofas and armchairs, or in the dining area with views to the pool and gardens. A hallway takes you the master bedroom and a double-room both with king-sized beds and spacious bathrooms.
In the lounge you’ll find a TV with the international TV Channels in a wide range of languages including English, Swedish, French and Spanish. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 300mb.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
Guests can, by prior arrangement, and at an additional cost, arrange for cleaning and laundry/linen changes during their stay, as frequently as required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
