This 24hr secure and gated complex set in the heart of the Golden Mile, is a two-minute walk to the shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf and a host of leisure facilities; all within very easy reach.
The apartment comprises a open lounge, kitchen and dining area, with new furniture and appliances throughout. The entire space is light and open, perfect for socialising and relaxing with family on the comfy sofa. The hallway takes you to twin room, the master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom.
The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience.
In the lounge you’ll find a brand-new flat screen TV with the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads.
Guests can, by prior arrangement, and at an additional cost, arrange for cleaning and laundry/linen changes during their stay, as frequently as required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
